Patent - Infringement



The granted patent constitutes an injunctive relief for the owner to prevent others from using the idea protected. This injunctive relief may either be claimed out of court (e.g. by a warning letter) or by suing the respective party (e.g. by infringement suit before the ordinary courts or by temporary injunction).

We determine whether a patent infringement is existent and initiate the necessary steps, e.g. the preparation of a warning letter the or the filing of a request for temporary injunction, for example if a patent is infringed at a fair.
