Patent - Research

It is not the only purpose of a research to determine whether the respective invention is capable of being protected, in particular whether it is new considering the current state of the art. A research  may also  help to find out whether the invention is tangent to the industrial property rights of others or whether it might even constitute an infringement of these industrial property rights.

We conduct the research of databases to establish the existence of industrial property rights of other market participants and to find out if there are any similar or identical items. The research may be limited to a national database (e.g. in Germany or the U.S.A.).
