Trademark - Infringement

The registered trademark constitutes an injunctive relief for the owner to prevent others from using the goods and services which are protected by the respective trademark. This injunctive relief may either be claimed out of court (e.g. by a warning letter) or by suing the respective party (e.g. by a trademark infringement suit before the ordinary courts or by a temporary injunction).

We determine whether a trademark infringement is existent and initiate the necessary steps, e.g. the preparation of a warning letter or the filing of a request for temporary injuction, for example if a trademark is infringed at a fair.
