It is possible to protect the own trademark from dilution by surveying potential collisions. If there are any confusable trademarks which are not attacked by opposition in time, for example, other trademark rights may occur. It might be very difficult to attack these trademark rights. Moreover, it is possible to survey trademark activities of competitors and, consequently, to know the trademark strategy of the opposing party even before the respective product strategy is recognizable on the market.

In addition to a survey of potential collisions, which we conduct in Germany and Europe, all over the world or limited to special countries, we are capable of surveying new registrations of firm or domain names (national and international).
