Trademark - Protection Abroad

Within a term of six months (not to be extended) from the date of application of the German trademark there is the possibility of gaining protection abroad for example by a national trademark application, a European Community trademark application or by an international registration.
Having international communication lawyers at our disposal, even a national application can be initiated in any country. We have maintained business connections with some of our colleagues abroad more than 40 years.
