		The registered utility model constitutes an injunctive relief for the owner to prevent others from using the idea protected. This injunctive relief may either be claimed out of court (e.g. by a warning letter) or by suing the respective party (e.g. by infringement suit before the ordinary courts or by temporary injunction).
