Often, the infringement of a property right is connected with further unfair measures by the infringing person. For example, in the case of the copying of a machine protected by a patent, the infringer has adopted parts of the internet presence (technical drawings and text passages) of the original producer as it stands.
This dramatic example shows that the behavior of the infringing person is not fair, that means it is not according to the accepted usage. In this case the infringement of patent rights and copyright, because of the direct adoption of the internet presence, is connected with a violation of the Unfair Trade Law.
